Springwood Hotels with Parking

I arrived early and hoped to get a room Chris at the desk was fantastic he found a room for us and was so friendly and helpful. We will be back thank you Chris for getting us a room earlier your fantastic

From the moment we entered the point Brisbane hotel they where absolutely amazing they supplied us with assistance getting our luggage to our room they gave clear instructions on where everything was and what we would need also making it very clear we could contact them for anything we needed anytime. They also supplied us with a complimentary drink voucher for the eagles nest bar on the roof an absolutely beautiful view of the Brisbane river. 24 hour room service and laundry and let’s. Or forget the stunning food supplied at lamburts the fine dinning restaurant right off reception. They even called an Uber when it came time to leave they brought everything to the lobby and even loaded it into the car that took us to the airport long story short 5/5 will be staying again

Great having a restaurant and bar onsite and great location within walking distance to many attractions

The hotel allowed us to check in early and gave us a free room upgrade.The only thing that let us down was room service when they gave a us burnt chicken nuggets and stale burger bun but they did remake the food for us so that was great

The hotel is a little tired. Stayed there 20 years ago. The furniture, carpet, pictures on the wall all still the same. Needs a revamp but a great location and amazing staff. Breakfast not so good. Better value in a cafe round the corner.

Attention to detail was great. Paying for parking should be included in your room price.
