Kate Norris is a Marketing Executive for lastminute.com.au. Raised in a hippie town in Northern NSW, by well travelled parents, she was taught that travel is the best education anyone can receive. Kate has embraced these values and travelled up a storm which includes her ‘Year of YOLO’ in 2013 where she took the year off to go travelling around Europe and Northern Africa. A massive foodie, she’s all about immersing herself in the food (and drink) of each place she visits. Highlights include seafood chowder in San Francisco, tagine in Morocco, sardines in Crete, limoncello sorbet in Italy, duck with waffles in London, Texan barbecue in Texas and rice stuffed mussels in Turkey.
