Typical fast and efficient Sheraton services.

I need something close to the airport so this is perfect. Shuttle is great and runs very often. Staff is nice and helpful. There isn’t much shopping to do. 3 restaurants inside but I walked to the nearby hotel to get donuts and Starbucks. Close to car rental place which is another reason I picked this hotel

Freehand is wonderful! This was our third time staying at Freehand LA. It is in such a great location—very walkable and close to everything! You are downtown yet don’t feel “smothered” in the super busy areas. Our favorite part is the hotel rooftop, where there is a restaurant, great bar and very relaxing pool area (this is called the Broken Shaker). We arrived early and even though our room wasn’t ready, we could safely leave our bags and still use the amenities such as the gym and rooftop. The hotel is in an older building but the renovations and decor give it a nice clean, modern feeling where its charm can be appreciated from both aspects. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had no issues with the hotel and the location was perfect.

This hotel is very close to LAX. Airport shuttle was timely. Only stayed 1 night as just passing through but hotel was good, room was good, front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was very good. Room rate was a good value, I would highly recommend this hotel.
