Perfect location and friendly staffs! Parking is 8 min walks,€12 per day. It is old fashion, not fancy, but it does the job with good price.

Difficult to find, had to park in overnight and taxi to locate. Nice room and pleasant stay. Assisi is beautiful and worth the trip

The descriptin the webpage didn’t match the actual accomodation. They have a paper at the back of the room door which says that we have ti pay 10 euro if we need the sheets and towels changed but in their web description, it says that towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. They didn’t clean the room as well and it took the 4th day pit of our 5 day stay that they “clean” but the sheets weren’t changed at all. They only did this because I sent a message to them about no one is cleaning the room daily nor emptied the bin for 4 days already. The webpage says daily housekeeping but has not been followed as well. The location for the free breakfast is far from the accommodation, you need to at least walk 10-15 minutes and it was raining when we were there so it was very inconvenient. The free breakfast was only a pastry and drink. They could have it provided in the accomodation for the guests convenience. There was no reception as well and in their webpage, it says that they have from morning till afternoon.

Perfect location in between the basilica and the piazza. Great breakfast! Great patron and view.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and generous . Great coffee too. We had a lovely view down the valley .

This property has great location in front of the Bacilica of Santa Chiara(Clara).
