Loved the cleanliness and safety. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I've stayed a few times at the Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport. I always finding the staff courteous and helpful, there's good parking, the rooms are always clean and tidy, and importantly the beds are comfortable. I don't have any complaints.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the shower was very good. The restaurant staff were very professional and accommodating. Very pleased that after check-out at 11am, we were able to leave our bags at reception while we explored downtown Auckland.That filled in time until our evening flight to Houston.

Great property, great check in experience, close to the airport and super convenient transportation to and from the airport! Will definitely stay here again!

Overall was a good stay for us! A little bit far to restaurants, since we didn't have a car. However we walked to restaurants and coffee shops all within 20-30 minutes walk. We like to walk so didn't bother us. The buffer was just average quality.

This is a clean, comfortable, upscale hotel right next to the international terminal in Auckland. We were impressed and would stay there again.
