Very convenient to where we wanted to go. It is showing its age and needs some upgrades and maintenance e.g. exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, air con didn't heat and it was cold during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Originally booked to stay here for 4 nights but left after the first. Unfortunately the accommodation didn’t meet our expectations. We were designated a room at the back on the first floor. It felt dark and not welcoming at all. The balcony overlooked the back of buildings with no view whatsoever. The receptionist was able to offer us an alternative room from the second night but we decided not to take up the offer. As this was our last few days in Australia before heading home, we decided to move to an alternative hotel near to the botanical gardens.

Room was spacious and clean...balcony but only view of buildings next doors roof... Even though quite a busy road it was quiet. We could walk to river ferry in 5 minutes.... Lovely entrance and friendly receptionist.
