Room was clean and fine. Bathroom definitely needs some upgrades as the sink was cracked and the tub had multiple scratches and areas damaged. Air conditioning was noisy but turning it off worked fine for us.

For one of the days of our stay, the hot water didn’t work. The room was always uncomfortably warm. The room AC is set only to be functional if someone is in the room, and it didn’t work well when it ran. The hotel was not very clean, and it was in a state of disrepair. Numerous examples of hallway and elevator area items that were damaged. For your website to designate this hotel as a 4 star hotel - quite frankly is not only inaccurate but misleading.

ac didn’t work. they didn’t wanna refund or switch rooms but did for other guests. i called a month in advance to see if they had. a freezer for an ice cream cake they assured me they did. when i check in i said pls put in freezer its ice cream cake. custom for my daughters bday. he said ok. i come back the cakes in a pool and completely melted! they didn’t wanna refund me the cake or buy a new one on door dash even though this was a custom cake! worst hotel. on top of that the pool closes at 9 on weekends? but they have party’s going all night why can’t we swim longer and the room is super outdated they say there renovating but it’s been almost 4 years i’ve been here before and it’s same as last time. this is the worse hotel near the airport save your money and go somewhere else. sam at the front desk was very ignorant and laughing when i told him he ruined our daughters cake. told me they don’t offer the option to store food. told me he doesn’t know who i spoke to. ok so why accept the cake at check in? we would have left! there scammers and unprofessional. they refunded the older entitled fair skin gentlemen beside me and not us.

A Health Hazard

I booked this hotel based on some pictures I saw online, but it was a huge mistake. The reality was far from the images. The room was filthy, with stains on the bedding and a foul odor that lingered. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Spare yourself the misery!

The common areas are very nice though our room was not. There were large stains on the carpet, the toilet leaked water on the floor so we had to put a towel down, also the toilet didn’t flush properly. We stayed for 2 nights and the last morning I went to have a shower and there was no hot water. I informed the front desk and by the time the maintenance guy arrived the hot water was working again. To their defence the hotel has been renovating the rooms one floor at a time and I guess we ended up with a run down room unfortunately.

We had a flight cancellation and had to stay due to the late hour. I would never entertain staying here unless it's under these conditions. The rooms are old and in bad shape, the bed was stained and old, just don't look if you want to sleep. The only pro to this property is the proximity to the airport should you find yourself in this position.
