Magic Tree Resort 2 Bedroom - Close Proximity to ALL Theme Parks

Major attractions such as Walt Disney World and SeaWorld are only moments away from Magic Tree's central Florida location for family-oriented vacation fun. Golf and fishing can be enjoyed nearby as well. A swimming pool and kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a basketball hoop, game room, whirlpool, gym, and 9-hole minigolf are featured at the resort. Gas grills for outdoor cooking also are available.

-MANDATORY RESORT FEE:USD $150.00 PER UNIT,PER WEEK. MANDATORY RESORT FEE WILL BE PAID TO RESORT AT CHECK-IN We have included all fees provided to us by the resort.
Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice.

-Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site).

-Check-in hours are from 9:00AM - 10:00PM FRI-MON and 9:00AM-7:00PM TUE-THURS.

-Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee.

-This Getaway is nonrefundable. A refund will not be issued in the event of cancellation.
