Excellent view and great room for our family

it was in a position close to business I was doing down the gold coast.

Lovely lovely hotel. Amazing service and felt very genuinely clean. Only complaint would be the outdoor pool. It’s a bit small for so many people and children. Would love to see an adults only pool added. Regardless 10/10 stay.

Generally pretty good and close to Surface Paradise beach.

The hotel is next to the tram. 5 minutes to middle of Surfers and 5 minute walk to a patrolled beach

Was given a special needs room, which was not requested, having stayed here a number of times I found it unusual to be given the room, then the aircon started to have water draining out of it, I was relocated to another room as the aircon was not usable. New room was great and just a normal room, not a special needs one. This is a lovely boutique hotel, always well kept and very pleasant staff members. And I will definitely stay there again in the future, highly recommended
