Attentive, friendly staff, especially in the bar/restaurant area. Great position for viewing the Castle

An absolute fantastic stay. The staff just couldn’t do anymore to make our stay memorable. The only complaints really is the cost of breakfast & to park. At £24 per person the breakfast was way over priced and with a Wetherspoons literally 2 mins walk away then that’s where I’d be going next time. Also £40 to park the car. Again extremely expensive. Other than that a fantastic hotel a stones throw from the castle and everything Windsor has to offer

Lovely stay for a weekend, can imagine in the Summer how enjoyable it must be. Lots of animals to feed, check-in basket is super cute, attention to detail leaving us easter eggs (we went on Easter) in the property and by the hen eggs too! Can’t wait to return this time with friends and their kids.

Clean, comfortable room with all basics provided. Small but perfectly acceptable restaurant with excellent breakfast

Lovely hotel - beautiful rooms and great accessibility however lots of cobbles for wheelchair users at the entrances. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice. Nespresso coffee maker in the grand double was a big plus. Bathrooms newly renovated and clean. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the heart of Windsor and right on the river. One negative was the parking. We paid £15 for 24 hours but there was plenty of other parking available for £5 for 24 hours so a bit of a ripoff to use the hotel parking on the same car park by the station.
