Australia’s most romantic getaways

After all, leaving the house on the most romantic day of the year is likely to mean hitting the same restaurants as the rest of Australia’s loved-up couples. I’m a big believer in enjoying the company of my partner, and so when it comes to Valentine’s Day, I much prefer to escape the crowds and check into a lush hotel for the weekend.

Yes, the big day is creeping closer, but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to get your lover something spesh. Even if it’s not for this weekend, there are plenty of romantic stays around Oz, and if you book now, you’ll earn some serious brownie points with your better half.
