Wouldn’t recommend.

Pros; -bed was good. -Breakfast was good Cons;-Ac wasn’t on when we got to the room. Took over 3 hours to get to a comfortable temp. -bathroom in poor condition, the sink faucet was broken, paint above the tub was falling apart. -lights didn’t work in the bedroom, found that they were unplugged -WiFi didn’t work.

We’ve stayed at this Ramada a few times in the past and always had good experiences, but this year was a different story. As others have mentioned, the carpets are stained and look quite worn. The room we were first given had garbage in the drawers and under the beds, so I requested a new one. The only available option was a pet-friendly room. I hadn’t stayed in one before, and unfortunately, it had a strong dog smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. I’m not sure if all pet-friendly rooms are like that, but this one definitely needed a deep clean. When we were leaving in the morning and struggling with our luggage through the two entrance doors, the receptionist had just arrived for her shift. She did eventually help, but didn’t rush to assist us—it felt like we were more of an afterthought. The same thing happened with the couple behind us. A little more courtesy and attentiveness would have gone a long way. Overall, this stay didn’t match the standards of our previous visits, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Certainly not worthy of the high rating listed. The hotel is very average. First impressions are poor of the entrance and lobby. These items need refurbishing. Room was okay but not special, again requiring more attention. A toe nail was found in one bed which did not come from anyone in our party. Breakfast was okay but fairly fundamental.
