Great, except not too easy to find the entrance door and reception otherwise no problems.

I was very pleased with Blu Galapagos. The rooms were very clean, great view, very helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to not use the tour company in the hotel. I booked a tour after being very specific in what I wanted to see. I was assured it was possible but once I arrived the tour guide explained there was not enough time within my limited time to see what I came for. Very disappointed. Was not offered any refund or other compensation. The tour was not inexpensive and feel I was completely lied to and intentionally misled.

Enio is a great asset for this hotel. He was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very quiet, clean and comfortable.
