Quiet neighborhood close to ACU, shopping, new restaurants, Dodge Jones Youth Sports Center, Taylor County Expo Center/Arena and the zoo. Large backyard with fire pit and sandbox. Downstairs has a cozy living room with couch, loveseat, and Smart tv. Office space on left side of entry door is set up for remote work. Kitchen is fully stocked. Washer and dryer are available for use. 1/2 bathroom off hallway.
