Old property that needs a little update. The area is a little sketchy and I wouldn’t love it if traveling alone.

I don’t even know where to start praising this rental! The house was exceptional, the views were exceptional, the owner communication was a near immediate response time. This house may be off grid but you’d be hard pressed to realize it as it has all the amenities a typical house has. For people not familiar with the Northern New Mexico roads, you WILL encounter dirt roads at some point so low profile/sporty cars wouldn’t be recommended but our VW Atlas had no issues. I would eagerly stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was even better than pictured-very spacious. We have stayed at multiple properties owned owned by this host and are never disappointed.

Studio location was in a natural setting, it was well appointed with attention to detail, kitchen well stocked, good heat, nice fireplace and overall warm ambiance. Host was great, very responsive. Would definitely return.
