Inside was very clean and nice. The yard lots of weeds. We noticed no one in the area had nice yards. Beautiful rock work.

Tami and Jeff promptly responded to all my questions. The check-in instructions were seamless. The house was clean and pleasant, with very comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was well equipped. We liked the induction stove which was easy to use. We were a party of 4 and there were plenty of plates, bowls and mugs. The refrigerator was a nice size, with ample room in the refrigerator and the freezer. The hot tub was amazing: offered beautiful views of the surrounding natural landscape and the water temperature was perfect. The outdoor seating was relaxing with great views of the Chama River and the endless big sky. We even saw a herd of elk splashing in the river! I highly recommend this vacation home.

We have often traveled through this area but wanted to stay and explore for a few days. We couldn't have chosen a better location! The casita was an enchanting historical building set in a breathtaking area. Floyd was so welcoming and gave us great advice of things to do and places to see in the area. Definitely the place to stay if you want to explore the beauty of northern New Mexico.
