We canceled the reservation because the information regarding check in was not provided at the time of booking. We requested a refund — and the Orbitz agent contacted the hotel to provide a refund. We NEVER would have booked your hotel if we knew the check in time would be 1 AM when the flight to AUH was arriving at 1PM. That information did not arrive until after the booking by email where these details were provided and we called the hotel to cancel the booking.

There was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the sink in our room, which made it quite uncomfortable to stay, especially since the room was very small and had no window. We approached the front desk hoping for some assistance or at least a partial refund, but unfortunately, there wasn’t really anyone available to help. Overall, a disappointing experience

Convenient but Stark

Very convenient right inside the airport, but it felt like a bit of a prison cell. The included breakfast could not be taken in the dining room, and it was pretty much just stay in your room the whole time, no spaces available other than a very stark/ bland room. Only one pillow per person, no fridge or milk to make a tea or coffee. It's a bed and shower but that's all.
