Everything was as I knew it when it was a Holiday Inn. All was fine except that one of the elevators was shaking slightly as it went up to the 14th floor in a way that didn't suggest anything major that need maintenance.. but it did aim to show its age. in addition to the fact that those who would use the gym had to climb to it from the 16th floor via the (non-air conditioned) stairs.

Awful hotel, pictures and description of the hotel does not match the physical description. Staff were unhelpful and refused to activate a refund to allow for us to move to another hotel
