They want to be a nice hotel and they’re trying but I don’t think management knows how. You only get 1 towel at a time and no hand towels or wash cloths. I ran out of toilet paper. There is no restaurant and the cafe is poor and in-inviting. Front desk staff during the day were helpful and friendly but evening and night staff of men were unhelpful and unfriendly.

interior of room are old and sloppy work. air con super laud and smelly. I was cold in the room and used my huddy to not get a headache from the constant blow of air. Overall is fair for the price.

Would go back - good reception

Great hotel about a half mile from the water front. Dunkin donuts around the corner and 5 minutes walk from Starbucks and next to a small park with fountains. I was very happy. Room a bit dated but big and spacious.

Poor - smoky and no hot water

Check in fine and good central location near to underground car park. However our room on a non-smoking floor was incredibly smoky. Clearly they don't take a penalty charge against clients who break the rules and they don't do a deep clean after somebody smokes in a non-smoking room. Horrible smell. They changed us to a better room but didn't seem interested in the smelly room at all. In the morning, the shower water was not very warm so we couldn't shower - poor really. Otherwise it's a cheap and centrally located hotel - a bit old and tired though and not much management interest in giving us a non-smelly room with hot water. It's not much to ask really. We would book somewhere else next time.
