Las camas muy duras, los cuartos bastante descuidados, no sucios, solo se ven 3 canales en tv y 2 eran el mismo, muy oscuro dentro y bastante descuidado, la mesa del cuarto desnivelada y el wifi solo era en la recepción ,mucho de esto no es su culpa, muchos comercios no se han podido levantar del otis o ni siquiera se levantaron Pero para lo que es el lugar en general estuvo regular

Me pareció muy sucio el lugar y las instalaciones viejisimas, los baños sucios y con olor horrible. El servicio de bebidas es muy malo pues no quieren atenderte o se hacen los ocupados para no atender y el buffet solo incluye 3 opciones de comida (pollo, carne y arroz) y ellos te lo dan, no es un buffet realmente. Tuve que irme de inmediato desde que llegué porque me pareció pésimo. Reservé por tres días y solo utilicé unas horas y tuve que buscar otro hotel. Pedí mi reembolso y ni expedia ni el hotel me devolvieron el dinero y estamos hablando de 10 mil pesos.
