Le falta mantenimiento en general al departamento, el jacuzzi se está rompiendo y los primeros días el agua se veía amarillenta, también había basura arriba al llegar. Como punto bueno, la comunicación con la dueña fue muy buena y responde rápido, la ubicación del departamento es cómoda ya que cruzando el fraccionamiento está la entrada al mar.
