An awesome stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Accra Luxury Apartments at the Signature. The room was excellent—spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. What truly stood out was the customer service; the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. This apartment hotel is also located closer to the airport, in a fantastic neighborhood close to great nightlife, with nice restaurants, pubs, clubs, and discos all within reach, this property offers not only a comfortable stay but also easy access to exciting entertainment options. I highly recommend Accra Luxury Apartments at the Signature for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Accra.

The signature is a beautiful apartment with great amenities. But I will advice not to book through Accra luxury apartments by the signature ( they honestly give the signature apartments a bad rep) I have never took the time to leave a review like this before but the service here had me feeling so frustrated and displeased My first night I was moved into a different hotel due to maintenance issue as I was informed Without any option of cancellation with a full refund And when it came time for them to move me to the signature, they had me waiting at the lobby for about 45min and when I was finally assisted by someone into a room of the signature the key wasn’t given to me, meaning I was locked out when I left the room They made me wait a night and half day before I could get the key. When I complained, all they could say was they are sorry. I tried to checkout a day early, they gave me the run around, and I still haven’t received a refund for the extra night I didn’t stay there. They don’t care about their customer. And saying sorry or duly noted to every complain without making an effort to rectify it, can be very condescending.

Great time at the signature with Accra Luxury

I enjoyed my stay with Accra Luxury at The Signature apartments. The complimentary airport transfer was pleasant and efficient. I had a host welcome me upon my arrival at the signature and showed me to my room and how to navigate the tv and air conditioning system. I had daily housekeeping which was amazing. The decor and furniture in my apartment was of exceptional quality, which I thoroughly appreciated. It was handy to have a washing machine/ dryer in the apartment. There was also a clothes drying rack. I don’t have many negative things to say. Only that the shower drainage was poor, as the water would not drain quickly. Also there was an issue with my transfer back to the airport which really frustrated me and caused unnecessary stress and bad feelings at the very end of what was a pleasant stay with Accra luxury at the Signature. Lastly, there were no oven gloves available to take hot items out from the oven. Despite this, I would recommend staying here and would return myself.

The hotel was ok for our one night stay there. I found the floors and surfaces were not as clean as I would have liked. Plus checking in was a little bit of a headache. No wifi in the lobby only the rooms. With a few improvements, this could be great.
