Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

The hotel was a nice place. It is getting a little older and is showing signs of being an aged property. The service was nice.

Excellent Resort fun in the sun

Lots of fun. Great service. Excellent restaurant. Horseback riding. Great gym. Hot water spa pools. Paddleboats, great AC in room, wifi works and close to bus station and shopping mall. Professional photographers to take great pix, pool slides and fun for the whole family! 5 stars

Nossa estadia neste hotel foi limitada a um único dia, o que se mostrou um alívio. A equipe da recepção demonstrou falta de preparo, limitando-se a informar a localização do apartamento, situado no lado direito, sendo o último do primeiro andar, sem elevador. Cabe ressaltar que estávamos acompanhados de nossos dois filhos, de seis e nove anos. Ao chegarmos ao apartamento, constatamos que a porta não abria. Solicitamos a assistência da camareira, que conseguiu abri-la, informando que a fechadura abria para cima. Ela mencionou que um hóspede embriagado a havia danificado e que haviam improvisado uma solução para o problema. O apartamento apresentava condições precárias de conservação e higiene. Fiquei descalço no apartamento e meus pés ficaram sujos. Em decorrência disso, utilizei o pano de chão do banheiro para realizar a limpeza. As piscinas estavam sujas, os funcionários grosseiros e o atendimento no restaurante deficiente. Ademais, havia uma grande quantidade de gatos e cachorros de rua, e, o mais preocupante, fezes em diversas áreas do hotel. É lamentável que um estabelecimento com tantas piscinas térmicas apresente condições tão precárias. A impressão é de que não há gerência ou qualquer tipo de gestão eficaz. Recomendo ao diretor que busque compreender o significado de Procedimento Operacional Padrão (POP). Não recomendo este hotel e certamente não retornarei.
