The Apartment
Ideal apartment without stairs and is therefore comfortable for everyone from children to elderly. One master bedroom with a king size bed of 1,50m and walk-in closet, one smaller bedroom with one bed of 90cm, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Common Areas
The complex is known for its unique touch of Arabic architecture. It has 3 swimming pools, one being heated in winter, security 24/7 and beautiful gardens… A luxury residence! A pool bar is open all day long with a very good menu and the team is very hospitable. Enjoy having a drink by the pool, or a lunch after sunbathing.

The area
The airport is only a 20-minute car ride away from the residence and you can find Las Americas and Los Cristianos within 10 minutes. The complex is located in a quiet residential area. There are lots of possible excursions in the area within 15 minutes by car: surfing at the beach, the waterpark Siam Park (the biggest waterpark in Europe), shopping malls, hikes through the mountains, etc.
The sea is just 200m from the complex and there are a couple of little beaches in Playa Paraiso but if you want to go to the best-known beaches in the south as Playa del Duque it will only take you 10 minutes by car.
The best transportation option in Tenerife is the car, it is the cheapest and easiest way and gives you the freedom to move around as you desire. We recommend you torent a car before your arrival and pick up the keys directly at the airport upon arrival. The parking in the complex is included.
