Horrendous, dont even bother . Half the facilities are closed which we were not aware of! No beach access. Large family lagoon pool and all restaurants around it are closed. Woken up 8am all day to 12 hours of industrial power drills and extreme building site noise. Our view was a waste as we couldn’t see through the filth on the windows. Out hot tub was full of thick black pieces of dirt every time we turned it making it unusable. £3000 it cost me and me 3 children for our stay after upgrading via the hotel direct when hotels.com failed to resolve a issue. Complained about the building site and was told to take it up with hotels. Com on our return. Absolutely disgusting !!!

American look but the typical Spanish “milking the cow” vibe for £££. Charge for things that personally put me off coming back for example: - You pay for half board and have to pay additional for soft drinks with evening meal… - asked for an extra hour checkout but they charge 70 euros….. Was just myself and my son. The service is a hit and miss.. some are smiley and nice. Some look at you with no smile like there’s something wrong with you… What you expect when travelling to Spain though! You can’t compare to Hard rock in USA. It’s just a place to say “I’ve stayed at hard rock” The people in USA make hard rock. Tenerife made it there own... I won’t be back again.

2 July to 12 July 2025 Couple in 60s. Vegan. We booked this hotel but it was only on arrival that we were told the main swimming pool was closed for renovation. The access to black sand / small rocks beach was not easy. 1. Staff. They were all friendly, professional. 2. Room. All amenities were good. The bed was comfortable. There was a wide selection of pillows. The main ones were too soft. Balcony with a sea view was excellent. 3. Food. We booked half-board. There was plenty of choice for vegans. All the food was delicious. The soups were excessively salty. On 3 occasions we just could not have the soup as it was excessively salty. Drinks were extra - 1 litre bottle of water for 6 euros is excessive. We bought a 5 l bottle from supermarket opposite and took water bottles for dinner. 4. Swimming pool. The main large one was closed. The 2 smaller ones were okay but it meant there was overcrowding. 5. Entertainment. The Aquacise sessions were great. Anita was brilliant. The DJs were great and played some normal music. We are not great fans of the Hard Rock music that played all day and in the evening. We will not miss that. 6. Closeby We accidentally discovered the seafront walk. It would have been good if the hotel staff had mentioned that. Also we got to know of the shuttle bus into Central for a sandy beach at 1am everyday.

People are nice. The main pool and all that goes with it was down and will be down for months. It left us with no activities. Food was not the best. The staff in the buffet area was brutal. We would never stay again. The food places across the way was fantastic.

Massively hone down hill. Complete carnage !

Have stayed here many times over the years, this is the worst stay we’ve ever had. Lagoon pool is closed so the remaining pool (non adult) is carnage - full of huge inflatables and completely overcrowded. Buffet same every night, limitations on all inclusive. Not enough staff at bars and restaurants and WIFI now been down for 48 hours. Desperately needs investment and staff need trained in customer service. Redeeming features - a fantastic life guard team who had to save a child this morning - not surprising given the number of children in the very small pool. Avoid this hotel until the renovations are done. Won’t be back.

My hell at hardrock

Staff were very rude , Lunch at the beach bar my youngest didn’t get his food for 90mins by that time I had to take him to another place - Imagine a 9 year old not eating for 14 hours - Staff didn’t care actually said we will bring the food when ready after 90 minutes - Charged me for ordering water even though I asked for tap - Staff were so rude I spent almost £2000 for 2 nights and the service was awful, Disgusting almost to the stage I would say don’t come here

🌴 An Amazing Stay at Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark! 🌊 We recently stayed at Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark to anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria. Would love to return one day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing time at this property. When you are already at a wonderful place with great weather it’s just a cherry on top to get amazing service. Friendly service and wonderful options. The atmosphere will put anyone in a good mood. Always love coming here. I tried the Ritz as a comparison and there was none! The people here take personally that you are here to have a good time and keep you happy!
