We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).
The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.
Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.
Accommodation:
Wonderful apartment on the ground floor of the Mareverde residence in high demand for its innumerable waterfall pools and its location.
The apartment is well furnished with attention to detail. It offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan and safe. It has a complete bathroom with shower and a large open area with a well-equipped and spacious kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living room with TV and sofa bed (it also has an extra bed). In addition, the living room overlooks a large terrace with a second dining area and a barbecue for the exclusive use of guests.
The apartment has FREE WIFI. It does not have parking and is not enabled for people with reduced mobility.
The complex has several community pools. The loungers cannot be reserved, they are for community use.
