Great place to relax

The villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We especially liked the garden where we could relax with flowers, birds and butterflies. Pequita was a lovely host.

Highly recommended

We had a lovely relaxing family stay at this wonderful villa. Paquita and her family were very helpful and very generously helped us after we had a problem. Villa is large with lovely garden with everything you need for relaxing holiday and close to beach, restaurants and bars but set in a very residential quiet area. Would highly recommend villa and we shall be returning for many years for sure

A well appointed house in a great location with a garden to relax in

We had a very relaxing stay at Villa Sur due to the good condition of fixtures/furnishings and cleanliness of the property and spent time lounging and bbq ing in the delightful secluded garden rather than spending too much time on the beach even though this is only a five minute walk away . Paquita made her introductions on our arrival and was a convivial and lively host. The property is good value for money and much more relaxing than staying in a local hotel.

Great location.

We had a really enjoyable time at the villa which is well equipped and very clean and in a superb location less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants etc and a Spar supermarket. Did not meet Paquita but talked on the phone and John, her son, was extremely helpful. The lounge was a bit dark even with the shutters open but outside was lovely with a BBQ , garden furniture and chair beds. We did find some of the shutters a bit hard to open and it might be helpful to have a folder with useful information such as wifi password ( even though this is in big letters on top of the router - we thought this was the name of the network!), where to take the rubbish etc. None of this detracted from our stay and we had a great time - thank you very much, Paquita and John.

Property lovely but a couple of issues

Property very nice in a good location. Felt quite dark internally due to dark shutters which were quite difficult to open & close. But overall very nice with lovely garden area and plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors.

Lovely villa. Fantastic location.

Lovely villa with everything you need for a great holiday. Little things like washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc were left for our use. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. Garden was beautiful and private with sun beds and table and chairs. In a great location in the centre of the resort. A butchers and fruit shop 2 minutes walk away. The owner and her son were very helpful. Hope to return next year.

Brilliant location, everything you need for relaxed holiday

We stayed here for a week in November The family supplied us with excellent information to get the keys. The location of the property is very central , good supermarkets, cafes, bars and the beach less than five minutes walk but yet is in a quiet area. The house has everything you need to be able to self cater if you want to. The property has a traditional feel. The sun is on the garden in the morning but the garden went into the shade in the afternoon (maybe because of it being November). There are 4 suns beds and loads of other garden furniture, also a barbecue. A couple of the upstairs electric sockets were loose which may be a problem with children.The house was plenty big enough for four adults, I am not sure that it would fit more people than that comfortably. We had a brilliant time here and do hope we get the opportunity to return. Thank you to Paquita and John, we hope to meet you again

Great Relaxing Stay

We spent a week in Villa Sur from 19st October. Really is a great find. The owners are very nice and helpful and tell you all the good places to eat, where the supermarket is etc. House is well equipped with everything but an oven, not that you would need one with 100s restaurants nearby. Villa is easy to find and a taxi from the airport is around 25 Euros and about 20 minutes. The Villa has two decent sized bedrooms both with their own balcony, its set back from the road too however the road is very quiet. Generally its a very quiet neighbourhood and the only noise we heard was on some evenings where the nearest hotels had their evenings entertainment on. This stops around 11-11.30 and did not really bother us as we were out every evening ourselves. Location wise its so close to everything you could want. 2 mins to the sea front and beaches. all lined with restaurants and shops. Also a great ice cream shop (to beach front , turn left along and on the left, every flavour and some you thought were not possible!) There is a Spar shop at end of the street good for liquid refreshments and basics. Plenty of places to buy excursions from, Loro Park is a must if you have a family. Mount Teide too is just another world up there. I found most places took card payments which was a relief to many other holidays I have had. For the price of this apartment you should not be disappointed, I have rented apartments and villas for holidays for years now and this one is up there as one of the best for its price. Goes without saying that the weather in Tenerife is excellent, and the dark / black sandy beaches makes for an interesting experience with bare feet in the sunshine!

Beautiful garden, comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time. It was important for us to have space outside. It was in a great position close to everything but not noisy. My only criticism was doors and shutters were very stiff to open.

Fantastic Villa

We've really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sur from the first minute we've walked in. The Villa is amazing, spacious with anything you need and a really nice garden (which is the best part of it) The villa is in a very great location literally 2mins walk from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The owner Paquita and her son John are amazing. She has been very friendly and very kindly allowed us a late check out as there were no guests arriving on our last day and John gave us a lot of useful information when he came around. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Location Location .....

Great Villa in the centre of Playa De Las Americas / Costa Adeje. Literally 3 minutes walk from the beach if thats what you like or simply open the patio doors into the secluded garden with 4 great loungers. The villa has everything you need 1 double , 3 singles all Kitchen white goods (barring a cooker) but outside you have a BBQ. The owner Paquita & son John were very helpful with all our questions on & before our arrival but we didn't need them after we arrived. This has a private parking space which is needed if you have a car in Playa De Las Americas. Overall great relaxing break in a superbly located villa.

Lovely quiet well equipped villa in a superb location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sur - from start to finish the whole experience was excellent. The villa is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach front with its many restaurants and bars where we spent hours chilling and watching the world go by! The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, bathroom upstairs is great, but the second bathroom (downstairs) is tiny and not for the claustrophic :) - but we managed! The outside area is lovely with a lush garden, sunbeds, garden furniture and a BBQ. Paquita and her son John were really helpful both prior to and upon our arrival and very kindly allowed us a late check out as there were no guests arriving on our last day. The Kitchen is adequate with a large fridge, hob and microwave but no oven - no great loss - I wasn't on holiday to cook. The washing machine was great though - very handy to sort all our washing prior to leaving - also great to freshen towels etc. mid stay.... The only thing that I would suggest was perhaps some English satellite channels - again we are not on holiday to watch TV but is nice to have a night in chilling with some nibbles drinks and TV - especially on a cooler evening....all in all we will certainly be back - Paquita and John - Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in such great accommodation - kind regards Tracy

Grüne Oase

Nur 200m vom Strand entfernt liegt das Haus in einem kleinen Garten. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich, Wasch- und Spülmaschine Gartenmöbel, alles war sauber und funktionierte. Wir haben die fast drei Wochen in diesem Haus sehr genossen.

Casa ideal en ubicación perfecta

La casa es tal cual las fotografías, incluso mejor. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero sí ventiladores en las habitaciones. Así que no hemos encontrado ningún problema, más que habiendo lavadora, no había detergente, pero por lo demás, hay todo lo que ofrece el anuncio. Además, Paquita está muy atenta a que todo esté bien y es muy amable y familiar. Ha sido un placer.

Fantástica estancia

La casa tiene una situación inmejorable, a 5 min andando a la Playa de Troya, pero al mismo tiempo la zona es súper tranquila. Hemos podido disfrutar a tope del jardín y de la barbacoa y la conexión a Internet era muy buena (algo importante para nosotros porque hemos trabajado desde allí) sin duda un alojamiento recomendable!

Nice and cozy house

The house is situated only a couple of minutes from the beach which is nice. There was also a BBQ, a lounge and 4 chair beds to relax in the garden. The owner replied on our requests immediately and is very helpful. There is also satellite TV but unfortunately without any Dutch channels or low on English channels. The WiFi is of good quality. Thx Paquita and John for the nice house.
