The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, featuring modern appliances and generous bench space, flowing into a light-filled dining area ideal for shared meals. Step outside to the private courtyard, where a Weber grill and outdoor seating create the perfect setting for alfresco dining or a glass of wine in the sun.

The bedroom offers a restful retreat, styled with soft vintage-wash linen and a double bed that invites a comfortable night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a shower over bath, vanity, and complimentary toiletries, while a washing machine and clothesline provide added convenience for your laundry needs.

Additional features include secure off-street parking for a smaller vehicle. Please note there are stairs leading to the upper-level space, and some rooms are locked and not available for guest use.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
