Beautifully maintained and fully equipped, this home offers comfort, convenience and plenty of space for families, groups or business travellers.



*** This apartment is located within a residential building governed by strict by-laws to ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all residents ***



For your awareness:

1. CCTV operates 24/7 in all common areas and is monitored by the building committee.



2. The building does not permit commercial or illegal activities.



3. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and minimise noise, especially in shared areas.



4. Non-compliance with building by-laws will result in fines and could result in immediate termination of the stay.

Our stay

Really enjoyed it, very clean, easy to find, great location. We weren’t there to watch tv but the night we did the signal/reception was terrible, unwatchable. Maybe improve that if I could think of something. Overall very impressed. Side note for apartment; The pool area of the building was pretty dirty, the glass window along pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a year.
