Thank God for kind people!

This hotel ended up being a God send to us since we had been left behind by our cruise ship in Perth and unable to rejoin the ship until Adelaide. The stress of a 40 hr. trip from Canada to Perth and our treatment after we arrived in Perth left me with an excruciating pain in my neck. The owners/managers of this Best Western were so kind to us. They delivered a most delicious supper to our room along with a hot water bottle and an ice pack and they helped us carry our luggage to the cab that they arranged for us the next morning. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We were so happy to have chosen this wonderful place to stay and we really pray that their business will prosper. Thank you.

The manager was very helpful getting us a taxi. The room was fine but the bathroom could use a counter for putting toiletries and a lower mirror. The schnitzel at the restaurant was very good.

Wonderful front desk service, with excellent help fitting us in for extra nights. Restaurant food was fantastic. Recommend the fish. Great facilities, washer, dryer. Overall very friendly and obligating staff.

The room and grounds were clean & tidy. Fabulous shower, comfortable bed and easy to control room temperature as per your comfort. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. We were in room 2 which is ground level street side so a bit of road noise on the weekend. The outdoor hallway for room access is an echo chamber so can be noisy if your neighbours are.

Very close to the airport for an early morning flight. Very neat, clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. The two bedrooms were fantastic when travelling with younger children.

Staff great , check in very quick . Room clean , bed comfy . Bar facilities didn’t open until 5pm , kitchen opens at 6pm , food lovely and big serves . Only concern was the facilities ( bar / kitchen ) advertised as not being available on weekends 😢😢

Great room. Loved the old school vibes. Shower was awesome. Maybe stack the bar fridge, if it is a day when the bar is closed? I reckon the shuttle to the airport should also be free..

Very good stay

Very good stay. Check in remote and worked fine. No issues with the room, clean and as expected. Bed not the most comfortable but ok. Restaurant not open on weekends so have to travel to find food. Would stay there again.

Well renovated, very clean. Bathrooms are modern and light. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The young lady behind the bar, wish I could remember her name, was very jovial, helpful without being over-bearing. The selection of red wine was outstanding, especially for a motel. Whites and rose, not so, sadly. There are SO many good regional white/rose wines out there to choose from, the bottom shelf BWS offerings were disappointing. Discerning wine drinkers want more on offer than a NZ Sav Blanc/moscato. The food was fab! Pork dumplings looked exquisite as did the other special dishes. Chef has done an excellent job of presenting good food to patrons who may be there to be close to the airport for red eye flights. I thought this motel might be noisy - from the nearby road and the airport but was not bothered by either. What was intrusive was the sound of the airconditioning in nearby rooms. I did see an airport shuttle bus but was not made aware of this. All in all - good value, good food on offer, pleasant staff. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.
