The Space:
This is a one-bedroom apartment featuring a queen-size bed, ideal for couples or business travellers.
The living area includes a large floor-to-ceiling window that brings in plenty of natural light and connects to a small private balcony, creating a bright and airy space. A dedicated work desk is also provided, making it convenient for remote work or study.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery, allowing you to prepare simple meals during your stay. The layout is well organised, with clearly defined areas that balance comfort and functionality.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with shared building facilities such as the pool and gym. Other common facilities within the building are primarily for residents’ use only.
Please note that shared facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled or unexpected maintenance carried out by the building management. Access to these facilities is managed by the building, and availability cannot always be guaranteed. No compensation will be provided in the event that these facilities are temporarily unavailable.

Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
