This level also hosts the home’s three bedrooms: two feature queen beds styled with light timber, soft neutral tones and simple coastal details, while the third adds a playful touch with two bunk beds providing four single beds, along with a desk and chair that can double as a study space. The generously sized bathroom nearby includes both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, ideal for rinsing off after a beach day.
Moving through the hallway, sliding doors lead to the rear patio and landscaped garden area where outdoor dining becomes part of the stay. A beautiful stone table with seating invites relaxed meals outdoors, while the outdoor shower offers a practical touch after sandy walks along Christies Beach.
Upstairs, the home opens into a bright and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed around the ocean outlook. Full-width sliding glass doors frame sweeping water views and lead directly onto the balcony, filling the interior with natural light and sea breezes. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
