The room was overall nice but seems to be getting a bit out dated. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Breakfast was nice and check in was smooth with a lovely assistant.

For me it's as simple as this. Seasoned staff, management that takes responsibility. A coordinated focused team...so if everything was going to hell in a hand basket, I'd never know. Id have great meals, swim in the pool, be looked after relax and be comfortable, for me, that's ideal. The group here, that's normal for them.

It was okay

This hotel is getting old and tired. Decor very outdated. The bathroom was small and pokey with stained grout. Also wasn't helpful with 2 lifts out of order so a long wait to access your room.

Fairly poor experience. Room wasn’t ready at 2:40 for check in - had to wait 20 minutes. Parking was misleading - we thought it was free as they told us to bring our parking ticket to check out, but they charged us for a park away from the property. Hair in the spa bath, hair in the drain. No one asked us how our stay was when we checked out. Nor if we were even happy - which we weren’t. Not a single plate or cutlery in our room - or champagne glasses. Nice touches would have been to include a note saying which water was complimentary as we weren’t sure if it was. Bath salt or bubbles would have been nice for a spa room, which we had. Elevator was broken and took forever to get an elevator when we checked in. Nobody cared or smiled or offered us anything - would not stay here again.

Wonderful friendly staff and always helpful. Often long wait for the elevator and rooms a bit tired. Breakfast a bit limited and staff overwhelmed at rush hour. Couldn’t find a more convenient location.
