Over the top friendly staff. Super easy checkin. Pool area was very clean and lots of clean fresh towels available. Nice dining area/located in the lobby. Great views from the rooms/pool. Centrally located in the heart of Kingston. Makes the entertainment industry completely accessible by foote. We would definitely stay here again.

Sounds from the room next door were very evident. Loud guests at 2 a.m. made the stay less pleasant. We could hear the voices distinctly so maybe the walls were thin. It was not quiet.

Our room was facing the lake, and it was cold in the room, very cold, when we first arrived. I tried to heat up the room, and the noise was very loud and it took forever to heat ; my husband was freezing cold in there, plus there was no additional blankets left in the room. I was fully undressed and did not want anyone coming into our room by that time... So it was not a nice stay..
