Beauty spacious two bedroom condo located on sixth floor of the Vista Towers at Shangri-La aka Monkey Island.
Condo has a balcony facing the lake and overlooking the 4th tee off on the golf course. Balcony is equipped with gas grill, dinning table for four along with a casual sitting area in which to relax and enjoy the view.

An African Monkey themed decor with an open floor plan in the main area includes living room, dining area and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully supplied with electric stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Cooking pots/pans, dishes and service ware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and waffle maker are also available.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and full bath with shower, tub and large vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bath with shower, tub and vanity. Both bedrooms have lake view.

Washer and dryer are available for community use next to the elevator. Indoor pool and fitness room are on the top floor of the Vista Towers.

Walking distance to the Anchor Sports Complex, Eddy’s Outdoor Bar and Grill, Shangri-La Marina and Doc’s Restaurant located in the Shangri-La Hotel.

Short driving distance to The Summit Golf Club, Military Memorial and Battlefield, a par three golf course.
