A very upscale furnished apartment in the best zone of the small fishing village Agaete, very quiet area. View of the sea and the mountains. Two bedrooms, bathroom, large living room, kitchen and pantry, washing machine and dishwasher, internet available, large flat-screen TV, dining area on the terrace with barbeque. Parking spaces on the doorstep. About 5 minutes on foot to the sea. The sea, the restaurants at the harbor and a supermarket open every day are only about 10 minutes' walk.

Nicely appointed property. You could tell it had been fitted out as a holiday property for the owner. Plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. Large fridge/freezer and good microwave. However it was at least 15 minutes brisk walk down to to Puerto de las Nieves for restaurants. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE ALMOST CONTINUAL BARKING OF SEVERAL NEIGHBOURS DOGS. This meant that if you wanted to have a pleasant late afternoon drink on the sunny patio in the late afternoon then this was not very good. We could put up with the trek to the restaurants but because of the dogs we will not be staying here again. It's not the owner's fault but that's the way it is.

Casa Lulu existiert nicht. Briefkasten „Arriete“. Nach ausprobieren mehrer Schlüsselkasten m Quartier endlich Unterkunft gefunden. Eine Mappe mit wichtigen Informationen in der Unterkunft ist nicht vorhanden. ZB. WLan Verbindung herstellen, Kehrichtentsorgung, Parkmöglichkeit, Aufgaben bei der Abreise usw. Backofen total verdreckt. Geschirrspüler mit schmutzigem Filter und Glasscherben. Verhockte und verklemmte Türschlösser. Wackelkontakt von Boiler und Mikrowelle.

Lovely place in a nice surrounding

We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the natural pool a lot. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is spacious. The terrace and garden is nice and quiet and with the desk in the right place you can enjoy a view to the harbour and the mountains. Agaete is a good starting point for exploring the north of Gran Canaria.One little negative aspect was the problems with door locks and handles we had. On the other hand after we finally managed to get into contact with the property manager this was directly solved.The other is that there is only Spanish TV. Internet access of the TV would be great for non Spanish speaking tourists.

Overpriced, can't recommend

good location in a nice neighborhood; only a short walk to the salt water pools and playa La Caleta well-equipped kitchen- condition of the apartment doesn't live up to the glossy pictures. The furniture is worn and the sofa should go to bulky waste. There is plaster crumbling from the walls in several places- the walls are thin, so you stay well-aware of neighbors' activities- getting to the property was messy, taking us another 40 minutes since arrival in Agaete. That was mainly due to a broken link which supposedly contained a description but didn't open on any of our mobile devices. The only address provided couldn't be found on Google maps. This situation was handled in an unprofessional way by the owner, who made excuses instead of taking responsibility
