Vacances

Appartement bien équipé, calme et spacieux pour accueillir une famille. Une belle piscine dans la résidence qui est appréciable. L’appartement est à proximité de tout, la plage ainsi que les commerces. De nombreuses choses à faire aux alentours. Je recommande. Nous reviendrons.

Strandnah mit tollem Pool

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Anlage in Fußnähe zum Strand. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Den Pool fanden wir besonders toll! Die Wohnung selbst liegt im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten, zum Essen saßen wir immer draußen. Zur Beschattung gibt es auch eine Markise. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (v.a. Elektro), aber die Vermieter haben sie modern eingerichtet und neue Elektrogeräte (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kochfeld, Waschmaschine) installiert. Es gibt auch eine Klimaanlage, die wir allerdings nicht benutzt haben. Für uns mit zwei Kindern war die Wohnung ausreichend groß - hätten wir Regentage gehabt, wäre es uns vermutlich zu eng geworden. Was wir zum Zeitpunkt der Anreise nicht wussten war, dass die Endreinigung vom Mieter selbst übernommen wird. Das hätte man im Vorfeld transparenter kommunizieren können, ebenso die Kosten für WLAN. Die Schiebetür an der Terrasse lässt sich nicht richtig verschließen, der Vermieter wollte dafür ein Ersatzteil bestellen und es richten. Sonst alles prima.
