although clearly stated that it has air conditioning, none of the rooms have air con....Just one small air con in the living room ....it was too hot to sleep, could not sleep well for 4 nights and neither Fedra city Suite or the useless hotels.com call centre could help us about it, they refused to move us to something else or refund our money so we could book somewhere else. totally disappointed

We booked this accommodation arrived 12.30am and it was not available. Luckily a family member lives in Crete so had to stay there. 3 days and many phone calls later found out it was overbooked!!!!!! Was advised they would look for alternative accommodation or full refund. As this was the first time we had booked with Ebookers it has not endeared us to your business! Was also told they would give a £25.00 voucher to our Ebookers account - that has not been given to date, neither has my refund been paid into bank ( was told it could take 7-10 days, this I don’t understand as when I paid it is taken immediately. Anyway I can not give any thing but bad marks to this accommodation 😡

Appartement idéal au coeur d'Agios Nikolaos

Excellent séjour passé dans cet appartement de 2 chambres et une petite salle de bain, une cuisine équipée avec 2 vues latérales sur la mer. Appartement idéalement situé à à peine 5 min à pied des principales attractions d'Agios Nikolaos le port, le lac, la marina, les rues commerçantes... La journée la petite rue est assez passante mais la nuit très calme. Cet appartement est idéal si vous souhaitez découvrir la ville en journée sans voiture et profiter d'un repos réparateur la nuit. Je le conseille sans hésitation !
