This Villa is a stunning modern property above the beach. Thanks to its magnificent location, the villa is ideal for your holidays, as it is just few meters away from the center of cosmopolitan village of Elounda.

Dreamy and elegant A new brand Villa is an airy and comfortable villa which promises you a unforgettable holidays.

The Villa built in three levels. On the high level located the two master rooms with ensuite toilet. All the floor sets with a glass and offer a unique view The ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom, living room with modern fireplace, master dinning room and modernly designed kitchen, fully equipped, with a living area.

The whole space is decorated with tasteful aesthetics as there are big glass windows so that the visitor can enjoy the amazing view that is offered. Sauna made from wood and luxury marble is in the basement giving the relaxation required.

Outdoor area included the modern design pool, dining area, sunbeds. The minimalist garden with small plants, palm trees has a path that leads you to the sea in just a minute.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.
