Blue View Villa is a beautiful 250sqm, 5 bedroom luxury villa located near the town of Agios Nikolaos, offering stunning views of the Mirabello Gulf and this picturesque town in Crete.This spacious house has 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, a luxurious indoor area and a relaxing outdoor living space. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, all modern facilities and promises absolute relaxation during your holiday.



The villa is built on three floors. The ground level features a really spacious, open plan living area with a fire place. The kitchen is big and fully equipped with high technology appliances and designer furniture. The first floor consists of three double bedrooms all en suite with bathrooms with showers and decorated with beautiful and relaxing colours.

On the second floor there are two more double bedrooms sharing a luxurious bathroom with a tub.

Villa Blue View has a huge and amazing outdoor which you`ll love. The big private swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn garden with local trees and colourful flowers. There are umbrellas and sun loungers to relax by the pool, and a BBQ area with a dining table.

The views from the villa are absolutely amazing. The villa overlooks the town of Agios Nikolaos, the Mirabello Gulf, the Sitia mountains and the long sandy beach of Almyros, with the most clear and shallow waters.
