Beautiful hotel, great experience, loved it

Avoid Hotel is not as described reception restaurant and bar all one area on the ground floor where cats were in and out of understaffed and reception staff incredibly rude. They accommodated one remove because of the bathroom smelled horrendous. The second was not much better. I’ll have one hour of being checked in. I left because of the cats and the hygiene issues they presented.

My stay at the Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of warmth, professionalism and attention to detail that truly sets this hotel apart. The resort itself is stunning, immaculately maintained, beautifully designed and perfectly positioned along the coastline. Every element, from the elegant rooms to the incredible dining experiences and serene pool areas, reflects luxury and comfort at its finest. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the outstanding leadership of the Resort Manager, Efthymios Katsenios. His presence is felt throughout the hotel, ensuring every guest is cared for with genuine hospitality and excellence. Efthymios goes above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere and his dedication to delivering a flawless guest experience is truly remarkable. The service across the entire team was impeccable, attentive, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels so effortlessly perfect. The pools were lovely, although the Children’s pool was closed and the main pool was on the cold side. However the heated indoor pool was great for the children to swim in. Kids Club facilities are amazing, equipped with soft play and extensive activities. Children have to be 4yrs old to be left unattended, however you can gain access to supervise younger children.
