Perched on the rocky coastline of South Crete above clear blue waters, Domus Mare Villas enjoy a quiet setting with open sea views stretching toward Paximadia island. The two newly built villas, Domus Mare I and II, form a small complex in a striking seaside location, directly facing the Libyan Sea and offering access to a secluded cove below. The sound of waves along the shore sets a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by a landscaped garden with native plants and a beach-style swimming pool.


Domus Mare I covers 140 m2 across two levels and comfortably accommodates four guests, with the option for a fifth if required. The villa features a hot tub and thoughtfully arranged living spaces that emphasise comfort and simplicity. Large glass doors bring in abundant natural light and connect the interior seamlessly with the outdoor areas.


Ground Floor - Main entrance opens into a split-level, open-plan space combining the living area, kitchen, and indoor dining area.
-Living room with a large corner sofa, pouf seating, low coffee table, fireplace, and 65" Smart TV with Netflix and satellite channels.
-Indoor dining table seating six, with an integrated oven hob.
-Fully equipped modern kitchen on the upper split level with built-in appliances and a wine fridge minibar stocked with selected Cretan wines (payable locally).
-Patio doors from the kitchen lead to the outdoor lounge area and the barbecue and outdoor dining space.
-Ground floor bedroom with two twin beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), convertible to a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) upon request, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, air conditioning, 42" TV, wardrobe, and sea view.


First Floor - Floating staircase leading to a mezzanine level overlooking the ground floor.
-Mezzanine lounge area with futon and low table, suitable for relaxing or working.
-Patio doors opening onto a balcony with pool views.
-First-floor bedroom with queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), sea view, balcony, air conditioning, 42" TV, and wardrobe.
-Bathroom with rain shower, sink, and hairdryer.


Outdoor Area
-Private 45 m2 heated freeform swimming pool with steps and walk-in access (depth 0.20 m - 1.50 m). Pool heating available upon request at an additional charge.
-Pool terrace with pergola, sunbeds, and pouf-style loungers, offering ample space for all guests.
-Four-seater hot tub and poolside shower.
-Large barbecue area with charcoal grill, bread/pizza oven, sink, and generous preparation space.
-Outdoor dining table seating eight, shaded by a pergola.
-Private parking for up to two cars within the villa grounds.
-Path leading from the far end of the outdoor area to a secluded cove below the villas, accessed via steps with a handrail. Portable beach equipment is provided. Due to the natural terrain, the villa is not suitable for children under 10 years of age, and extra care is advised.
-Landscaped garden with a small botanic section, where guests are welcome to pick fresh aromatic herbs for use in home-cooked meals.


Important Accommodation Notes:
-Domus Mare Villas are not recommended for children under 10 years of age. Children aged 10 and above are welcome under supervision, as the property does not include child-specific safety features.
-Access to the villas is via an unmade road. A SUV or crossover-style vehicle with higher ground clearance is recommended.
-The villas are located in a peaceful area; guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet nature of the surroundings and neighbouring properties.


Services provided with an additional charge:
* Daily shopping service (delivery fee plus shopping list cost), so you need to go no further than your door.
* Wine fridge mini bar service. Fridge stocked daily with fine Cretan wines ( extra charge payable locally) so you have a selection available to suit your mood and taste at any time of the day.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
