We have decided to restructure it for us all was built to max comfort & quality & supplies are from high quality brands.
The main room is 55 square meters, with beautiful and very isolated exposed wood roof, big automatic VELUX skylights, big windows on the south and west sides, DIERRE security door.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasing machine and induction hop, a sofa-bed with a real 12 cm memoryfoam mattress 160x200 by POLTRONESOFA, IKEA lunch table and 6 chairs, 37 inc LCD TV with DVD player and LG micro-HIFI.
The bedroom has a king size bed 160x200 with 4 big below drawers and a wardrobe (IKEA) and a big car skylight: laying on the bed you can see stars !!
Bathroom has double sink, shower box 120x80 with HANSGROE shower column and a very usefull WASHING MACHINE (wash & dry machine!)
The front portico covers 10x3m terrace with BBQ & fonitures to eat, drink from glass of local wine & relax in front of the garden!
We live in the same building, in the morning and evening hours.
In any case you can contact us via sms / whatsapp or mobile phone call.
