The hotel checks all the boxes when it comes to amenities. However, you can see some cut corners with the way the construction and finishing have been done. The staff of extremely hospitable and friendly

Certes l'hôtel est bien placé et les lieux semblent agréables, mais le personnel est tout simplement imbuvable. Dés notre arrivée la réception nous a pointé du doigt pour anomalie lié à l'âge de notre fille (visiblement le site d'hotel.com considère les adolescents de 15 ans comme des enfants alors que selon la politique de l'hôtel c'est un adulte) L'hôtel nous a demandé de régler immédiatement un surplus de 45 EUR pour obtenir les clés de notre chambre. Rien de grave en soit mais nous avons eu le droit à de nombreuses remarques désobligeantes. Le personnel de l'hôtel s'est même permis de reprendre ma fille de 10 ans sous mes yeux estimant que ces dernières ne se maintenait pas correctement sur un canapé...on croit rêver !! Nous avions réserver une suite pour nous 4 pensant être à notre aise et nos filles se sont retrouvées sur des misérables lits de camps au lieu d'un canapé lit comme promis. De plus le linge de lit était troué et la chambre male insonorisés. Vraiment cet hôtel ne mérite pas la bonne notation données sur ce cite.
