Located directly on the beach with a great place to relax and watch the sun set in a pool. The house is equipped with all the amenities, including free cable, Wi-Fi, gated parking, air conditioned bedrooms, and a full kitchen along with a generac generator for no power outages. Our beachfront location has the added bonus of being just down the street from several bars and restaurants. All that Rincon has to offer is just 15 min away. Sorry no pets allowed.

Blue Water Therapy

The view of the ocean, rainbows, sunsets, surfers, and stars were hypnotic. The secure parking, comfy beds, quiet room air conditioners and well stocked kitchen & grill made it easy to be ‘home.’ However, the outdoor seating and high quality beach chairs made our two-week stay outstanding.

Love the ocean lulling me to sleep

The house was in pristine shape and we all loved being able to relax on the outdoor furnishings. Plenty of good restaurants and bars in walking distance - easy access to a grocery store. Beds were very comfortable and it was great that 6 beach chairs were provided.We arrived in the dark and and our GPS brought us to the incorrect house gate - we could not see the other gate from where we were - I thought the lock box code was incorrect - this was frustrating but the property manager was able to talk us through it - it would be helpful to post a sign that says - "use other gate" - with an arrow.

Lovely house and great location

The house is nicely modernized. AC worked very well. Back patio directly over the ocean/beach — beautiful! Wonderful location about equal driving distance between Crash Boat Beach and Rincon. We were surprised the second bathroom was in a separate out building. It was fine but not as convenient as I expected. Maybe I missed this important detail in the house description. The kitchen was good but the cabinets need repair. A few doors fell off under no pressure. An easy fix for the manager and would make the kitchen much more functional.

fun in the sun

Host and property manager's son were courteous and responsive. We had a few days of flat ocean perfect for snorkeling (equipment provided) and a few days of big waves (did cut down on some beach access) to watch surfers.

Beautiful home and location

The owners, Derek and Shanna, have thought of everything, inside and out, to make staying at their beautiful beach home so amazing! The decor and thoughtful touches inside made us feel like we were home. The outside entryway with the tropical plants and flowers shows the pride they take in their property. The beach chairs and floats were perfect for enjoying the ocean that is right outside the back deck. If I could more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Derek and Shanna for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Terri, Chuck and Madison

5 Day Family get a way

Originally we came here in hopes to surf a little but the ocean was flat!!! The house could not have been better and is as discribed. We loved how close to the ocean we were and enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning starting the day with a cup of coffee. We felt very safe at this house. You either stay put and relax or have to have a car to go visit different beaches and other sightseeing places. There are restaurants in walking distance. The drive from San Juan airport to this house can be anywhere from 2-3 hours depending on traffic. Again, the house’s location is fabulous. The kitchen is small but is enough for light cooking. There is AC in all bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Great closet spaces and ceiling fans are in every room. The property manager, Chris, was extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.
