Host is great. View is legit. Kitchen is solid. Electronic shades are amazing. But there are some problems: The beach is dirty. The dogs that seem to hang out at the place below barked a ton one night, possibly because someone staying at the place beneath/behind was up and chatting until 4am one night. The walk to the front door, and the padlock gate, make coming and going a long process. The electronic device in the closet is crazy loud. The lack of disposing toilet paper in the toilet is gross. I would recommend the place, just realize that although it's a 5 star view, and a 5 start host, it's not a 5 star neighborhood.

This vacation rental has beautiful view of the water! Debbie the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Parking in the garage wasn’t as hard as many of the reviews made it seem. Me and my family would stay here again.

Beach front beauty

What a gorgeous property! The location on the water is absolutely perfect. The space is beautiful. Sitting and looking at the ocean is so healing. And then the space up on the deck with the barbecue grill and chairs. And added bonus.

The pictures are misleading as they do not show the razor wire near the steps to premises or the cemetery next door. Additionally the adjacent properties were in complete disrepair. The reef fish and swimming were the main saving grace of the trip.

fantastic apartment. Great location.

We had an amazing stay. Let me start by saying that, yes, there are stairs both down from the street and then up to the apartment. I have a bad knee and this wasn't an issue at all.Having a garage was great. Yes, its off a busy street, but drivers in PR are a LOT more willing to let you out than drivers here in the states. The rooftop area is great to relax. nice breezes and well appointed as is the whole unit!The apartment was clean and comfortable. The views are stunning. The beach DIRECTLY in front of the unit is the best place to look for sea glass. Its everywhere!We found snorkling right off the beach was incredible. There were quite a few sea urchins, so bring water shoes. My wife and I brought our own snorkling gear and the amount of coral and fish was stunning.We were going to kayak, as there are 2 kayaks available, but there was only 1 set of kayak oars. There were also no paddles for the paddle boards. All in all it didn't really affect our experience.

Great ocean spot with a few caveats

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week long vacation. The apartment has a beautiful deck facing the ocean with a lot of comfortable seating. We chilled there whenever we weren’t out on excursions. Each room has an AC unit which allowed everybody to find a comfortable temperature. The kitchen and appliances are pretty current. My wife absolutely loved the ice machine as it generated a TON of ice very quickly. We also loved having a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to go home with dirty clothes. The top level deck (private to this apartment) was a nice feature even though we didn’t find ourselves sitting up there too much. Our host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. The only slight warnings I’d want to give future travelers a heads up about are:- The garage access is challenging. The garage door is directly off the street, making entrances/exits a bit tricky since some people drive extremely fast down the adjacent roads. Our strategy was to have my wife open the garage door and then wave me out to the street when the coast was clear. Then she punched in the garage code and jumped in the car so we could speed away. It would be nice to have a garage door opener to make arrivals/departures easier.- There is a lot of foot traffic and noise around the property from both animals and humans at all hours of the day and night. We appreciated that there is a full-body gate that locks in front of the apartment door.

Very cool place to stay in Aguadilla

Great communication w owner, apartment was as listed. Beautiful view over ocean, great seaglass hunting right outside. Snorkle and swim out front. 25min drive to Jobos Beach, 10 to Crashboat. Short walk down beach to Rompanos(sp?) bar & restaurant, or a little longer walk to Pelican for a great meal & best pina colada we’ve ever had. Bed was very comfortable, as was living room. Loved the top deck w views, tables, hammock, all kinds of seating. Played a lot of rummy up there. Besides the 2 kayaks & 2 foam long boards, there are beach chairs, coolers, a Snorkle and fins, and a very much appreciated half bath. Debbie was a great host, bringing over a blender so we could make our own drinks. Highly recommend. Thanks, Debbie!

La Casita en Aguadilla

We truly enjoyed our stay. Loved the view of the ocean every morning. Friendly neighbors and great access to the beach. Parking in the garage was a bit tricky because of busy road but we were able to manage. There are steep stairs to the beach house and I feel that should be highlighted on the site for those folks with heavy luggage. Debbie the property manager was responsive at all times.

Amazing spot with breath taking views.

We absolutely loved our stay. Balcony is perfect, the roof top is spectacular and the condo has everything you need. Coolers, beach chairs, surf boards, pots pans and everything to cook with including a huge gas grill. The location is central but understand you are living with the locals. We found this to be a huge plus. Everyone there was super friendly and gave us tons of great advice. We can't wait to come back and love life in this amazing condo. Can't say enough good things about Debbie the host and the amazing space she has created. All the best.

Making the best of a sad visit.

My children and I stayed here when we came to PR for my father’s funeral and burial. The beautiful apartment and location gave us the opportunity to reflect on life and memories of life with my Dad. The beautiful view and location was just what we needed to feel gratitude and appreciation for life and what experiences and people my father brought into our lives. I only wished I could stay longer and take advantage of the easy and close access to the ocean. Regardless it further reinforces my appreciation to life and the beauty the island of Puerto Rico offers.

Perfect location to the beaches

The pictures represent well what the house was like. The garage was awesome, you do have to walk down some staircases around the building and back up some staircases but it was very doable, the place is well stocked and the views were amazing we had a really good time! it was a great patio balcony on the top floor!

Inconvenient entrance and parking

The house was very nice. The owner was attentive to our needs. But, the danger upon entering and leaving, many steps, flooded sidewalks, street drain directly in front of property kept us off the beach. We drive to find adequate beaches to go to. The view of the ocean was beautiful. That’s the only thing that kept us there. I am an elder with limited walking ability so I stayed in more than I would have if not for the 3 large stairways to get to property. The garage parking was inconvenient as traffic was tough to navigate.

Beachfront Paradise!

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you’ll need & the lower deck & rooftop deck are just simply amazing! Great views, shade, sun, kayaks - awesome snorkeling right off the beach - & we were amazed by the amount & colors of sea glass on the beach! Three excellent restaurants within walking distance w/ the best mojitos & Pina coladas around. Having the garage for parking was a HUGE plus for us, as my husband worked several days during the week we were there. Parking is at a premium on the street, especially on the weekends (which is when we arrived). Our only suggestion was to provide a remote garage door opener to use vs having to open manually w/ the keypad. When we stay here again (& I’m certain we will!) we will get our groceries prior to arriving at the apartment so we don’t have to get back out in traffic. Debbie was an excellent & very responsive host!

Beautiful Waves and View

Great place right on the beach with a roof desk that I want to spend all of my time on! So perfect - Aguadilla is a smaller town right on the beach that is not as busy as Rincon but has great restaurants, bars and beaches! This house is on a small beach that has a lovely balcony with glass that you can look right through to enjoy the waves. The roof deck is partially covered with lots of furniture, coolers, bathroom and chaise lounges to spend your afternoons on - outstanding! There were a few little things that could be better but altogether lovely and relaxing. It has Very steep steps up to the apartment and roof deck so this is not a place for anyone with mobility issues. The beach in front is small but not overpopulated. A good beach bar is a 5 minute or less walk down the beach and a fantastic restaurant and bar is less than a block away on the street. a breakfast place and little bodega is just past that. Awesome all around!

La casa es linda pero no me gustó mucho por tres motivos primero te dise capacidad para 6 y las camas dobles son my pequeñas segundo no te muestran fotos de las escaleras que tienes que bajar para llegar ni tampoco muestran en las fotos el sementero que si mira por las ventanas está pegado a la casa.

WOW

WOW, la villa est parfaite, Elle sur le bord de la mer , on a le coucher de soleil. Dans villa , tout est la, il manque de rien. L'emplacement est super, il y a plein de la plage de surf a 20 minutes minutes d'auto. Vous pouvez faire du surf également juste en avant. On passait toute nos soirée sur la magnifique terrasse sur le toit. Si je retourne a Puerto Rico c'est sûr que c'est dans cette villa que je retourne.
