O lugar é lindo. Staff educada, ótimo atendimento. A água do chuveiro não era quente suficiente, mas em compensação a piscina de água natural supria a necessidade. Voltaremos com certeza.

Uma das piscinas do hotel foi utilizada por um grupo de bombeiros militares para uma celebração, os quais tiveram comportamento muito ruim, ingerindo bebida alcoólica dentro da água e utilizando palavras de baixo calão em tom bastante alto, sem nenhuma reprimenda por parte do hotel, causando constrangimento nos hóspedes. Qquer hóspede q tivesse esse comportamento deveria ser recriminado.

Nossa estadia foi ótima. Temos planos de voltar e convidar amigos e familiares. Uma estrutura muito bonita, confortável e muito bem cuidada. As pessoas que atendem (recepção, camareiras, garçons, serviços externos) são muito profissionais e atenciosos. O restaurante é aconchegante e as refeições são ótimas. Destaque para o café da tarde no quiosque do engenho! Acreditamos que seja reflexo das dificuldades da pandemia pois os equipamentos da academia ao ar livre e as bicicletas estão em estado precário. Confiamos que logo serão substituídos. Também as canchas de vôlei, basquete, e futebol precisam reforma. Também pensamos que poderia ter uns pedalinhos no lago. As piscinas cobertas poderiam ser ampliadas e/ou renovadas.

Este hotel está localizado em uma área lindíssima área de mata Atlântica cercado por belíssimas colinas verdejantes. Gostamos muito da comida, das áreas de descanso e lazer e os quartos estão bonitos. As piscinas tem água limpa q é trocada diariamente e e bem quentinha. Este hotel só peca na parte da manutenção, academia e bicicletas estão sucateadas, tem algumas paredes e forro estragados e manchas nos banheiros. Mas no resto é ótimo

cade as Bikes???

super recomendo este hotel termal. Infelizmente. no meio de tanta natureza abundante, na tinha BIKES razoaveis para andar( so ferro velho sem freio e pneu murcho), faltou uma boa cademia no local. A comida e o atendimento foram excelente.
