The first day the A/C was not working and I went downstairs to ask someone to check my room because the A/c. Was not working, the repair person came press a lot time the power on . A beautiful hotel with historic charm. Better than the pictures as I think it has been updated. Lots of options for dining. We had family visit and we were out by the pool sitting in the bar area. We were going to go in to eat but they accommodated us bringing restaurant menus to us and serving us where we were settled. Excellent service! The mall was right across the street offering more options. A lovely safe area and first class service.

I was very happy with everything and always stay at this property when in San Salvador Staff are so friendly they make you feel as family. All of the furnishings make you feel you are in a grand hotel in Europe. Very impressive. The executive lounge on the 10th floor is a nice getawaay for a light snacvk or drink. Unerground parking is convenient and free. Location is extradinary in the middle of the Zona Rosa with many restaurants, clubs, and stores nearby. Perfect place and resonable rates.
