Take your time out.
In the region of the Bavarian Danube Valley and Klosterwinkel, in a prime, quiet location is our tasteful property with two spacious time-out apartments. Surrounded by the idyllic hilly landscape, not far from the spa triangle Bad Birnbach, Bad Griesbach, Bad Füssing, our apartments are ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries.
But there are also day trips for the whole family - for example to the nearby Bayernpark, the western town of Pullman City or the cultural town of Passau.
For me, time out means that you can relax here and just feel at home. Dahoam, that's a very nice feeling. Out of everyday life, out of the city, switch off and find yourself. I wanted to share this experience with other people, which gave me the idea of a time-out apartment.
Time out can also mean watching the children play on the opposite playground from the balcony and having a relaxed coffee. Or just reading a good book. A high chair, children's books and games for children and the whole family, as well as a television can be found in the apartment.
And those who like to eat outdoors can have breakfast with their loved ones on the balcony, our sunny terraces or heat up the grill.
This apartment is characterized by a beautiful, large bay window room with direct access to the balcony. As well as the "pack bedroom", which is particularly appreciated by parents with small children. Here the little ones feel at home from the first night and usually sleep through the nights. To the delight of the parents. Special children's books, a high chair and games for the little ones only make the television necessary for sand men. So the parents can enjoy the evenings as a time out.
For those who want to do something with new strength and energy, such as B. a Danube boat trip, horseback riding in the nearby riding stables (especially offer children's riding) or golfing in Bad Griesbach, we are happy to provide tips for the region.
