For a fun and unique way to explore the area, consider hiring Tuk Tuk rides, electric bikes, or scooters available in the main street. These options provide a memorable and adventurous means of transportation while allowing you to discover the charm of Airlie Beach at your own pace.
Other Things to Note:
The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behavior and the use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below for themselves and any visitors they allow on the property:
1. TENANTS:
NO SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outside with all sliding doors closed.
A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.
No unauthorized people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 2 guests allowed on this property.
2. NOISE AND NUISANCE:
The tenants agree not to cause or permit a nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise and disruptive behavior.
Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday. Consideration should always be given to neighboring properties.
The property shall not be used as a party house.
3. PARKING:
Parking is available off and on-street.
4. GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING:
Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice. Bins have been provided.
NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.
5. PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS:
The tenants agree to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay.
All items provided for use are to remain the property of the premises.
Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring.
Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that are attributed to the tenant's stay will be paid for by the tenants, including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
6. KEYS:
At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows, turn off lights and air conditioning, and return one key to the lockbox.
Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure to lock up each time you leave the property.
7. TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION:
If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued.
If the contravention is not rectified immediately, the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice at the Property Manager’s discretion.
No refunds will be made.

For your convenience, all relevant check-in information will be sent to you via the booking platform you used to make your reservation. This information will include detailed instructions on how to access Seascape Whitsundays and any specific check-in procedures. We kindly ask you to keep an eye on your booking platform for these instructions, which will be sent at least two days before your scheduled arrival.
In the event that you require assistance outside of our regular office hours, we do offer after-hours service. Simply contact our office number, and our dedicated team will be available to address any urgent matters that may arise. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that you have a seamless and enjoyable stay with us.
