The breakfasts are really good with a lot to choose from. Patrick is great!!! The desk staff are all very helpful and nice. The room cleaning was done with great care and performed early daily after I went out. The location is near the center of Aix providing wonderful strolls to the cafe’s, restaurants, and museums. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property Staff welcoming and super friendly. Perfect location. Steps away from the train/bus stations and 5 min walk to town centre. Healthy breakfast withutliple choices, gluten free no issue. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

This hotel was one of the best of our trip! It is located in quiet area and is close to the must see sites. Staff were friendly and helpful! 😊 Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety.

This hotel is rated as a 4 star and it is definitely a 3 star. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the Lobby area is in need of upgrading. It is dark and old looking. Carpets on stairs, hallways and rooms are worn. We were entitled to an upgraded room and when we checked in we were told they didn’t have one. They put us in room 311 which was like a motel. Small, old yellow paint on walls was chipped and gouged, carpet stains, a literal dirt and water stain running down the wall. I was actually disgusted by the room. After complaining to the Mgt, we were moved the following day into a junior suite, which was better on all fronts. Write up says there is a bar. The bar is a liquor cabinet in the lobby. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star.

The breakfast had a large variety of very good options and a pleasant sitting area. It was clean and well stocked. Our room was fabulous, a junior suite so it was large, light and airy and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, a nice large tub and shower. The cleanliness was maintained throughout our visit which we appreciated. The help getting tickets and taxis and information at the front desk was also very good. I would say some booklets about current activities in town might be helpful, something to look through to see what music and special events are happening in town. They had little booklets at the tourist office though not everyone goes to the tourist office and the hotel desk personnel may not be familiar with all the things going on. We had a wonderful visit all in all and the help over email prior to our visit as well as the friendly and thorough service during our visit made for a comfortable stay! Thank you to all!
